Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ensure you receive your product undamaged and as soon as we can. With that said, things happen from time to time. We will try our best and be as transparent as possible to make your shopping experience with NuvoBliss as stress-free as possible.

Free Shipping: Only applies in the continental US.

All orders over $35 will receive FREE USPS Media Mail (up to 7 Business days) shipping. NuvoBbliss reserves the right to change to the shipping carrier to better serve you as the customer.

Orders under $35 will have a price competitive or flat rate fee. An emailed with your tracking # and total order information will be sent once the order is completed. We also offer UPS standard ground (4-7 Business Days), and UPS 2nd Day Air for an extra fee based on shipping provider pricing.

Orders Processed:

Orders will be shipped from our warehouse with-in 48 hours for all shipping methods, Monday–Friday after payment is verified.

Packaged with Care:

We package our packages with care. We use eco-friendly boxing and packing materials, sturdy corrugated box with proper packing materials to ensure your product(s) arrive in great shape.

Expedited shipping:

Expedited shipping arranged at your expense, please email or call us at 561-290-1510 to discuss.

Items with Free Shipping:

Returns on items that included ‘Free Shipping’ will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges. ‘Free Shipping’ will no longer apply once the item has been returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

Damage in Shipping:

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 48 hours to our Customer Service Department during normal customer service hours. Take photos of the item and box damaged item was shipped in. Please email us images no larger than 300k each. 4×6 photos can also be mailed to our corporate offices if you are unable to email them. We must have the images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. We will arrange to have damaged items, inspected, returned, and replaced after a claim is presented to the shipping company. IMPORTANT: Please keep original shipping containers and packaging items that were received in, as they are needed for inspection.
