Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ensure you receive your product undamaged and as soon as we can. With that said, things happen from time to time. We will try our best and be as transparent as possible to make your shopping experience with NuvoBliss as stress-free as possible.

Free Shipping: Only applies in the continental US.

All orders will receive FREE (up to 6-20 days) shipping. NuvoBliss reserves the right to change the shipping carrier to better serve you as the customer.

An email with your tracking # and order information will be sent once the order is completed.

Orders Processed:

Orders will be shipped from the warehouse as quickly as possible (2-4 days) for all shipping methods, Monday–Friday after payment is verified.

Packaged with Care:

The packages are packaged with care. 

Items with Free Shipping:

Returns on items that included ‘Free Shipping’ will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges. ‘Free Shipping’ will no longer apply once the item has been returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

Damage in Shipping:

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. Please report the damage within 48 hours. Take photos of the item and box damaged item was shipped in. Please email us images of damages. We must have the images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. We will arrange to have damaged items, inspected, returned, and replaced after a claim is presented to the shipping company. IMPORTANT: Please keep original shipping containers and packaging items that were received in, as they are needed for inspection.
